“Is there a conflict between the values of the French Republic and the values of Islam?” This question was put to a panel of prominent Muslim academics and politicians at a conference in Paris organized by EFD Senior Fellow Toufik Bouarfa and Nadir Ouilain. The event brought together 40 civil society activists, journalists and politicians for a frank and open discussion.
